I had just about decided to whack down the explosion of ageratum because it wasn't blooming. This week they decided to break out, but the flowers are very small compared to last year. Maybe I'll fertilize next year.,,or capture the seed and plant them in a sunnier spot in the spring.

I can't walk through my back yard or things I planted in spring because of mosquitoes of summer. They are hideous. One bite in about 25 seconds for me. So I am jealous of your walks. My son thinks it is because of a neighbor's hoarding, storing back yard. Yet that neighbor brings me a plump tomato a week. Co figure.
Flowers, in my mind, are always good features!

I have the same problem, only with biting gnats. Mosquitoes don't bite me for some reason.

These are a tad scraggly, but I like the blooms a lot. :D
