I'm betting that you WOULD like the things that I mentioned. I believe that most of them are Pennsylvania Dutch dishes. I was born in and lived in Pennsylvania until I was 18. I have Pennsylvania *Dutch* (German) ancestors. I spent a great part of my early childhood on my Great Grandfather's dairy farm there.
