Project 366...

There has been a commercial on the radio about a new sandwich at Panera Bread. It has sundried tomato pesto and mozzarella, but I can't recall what else. Anyway, the more I heard the ad, the more I wanted the pesto. Sooooo, I made some. I don't know if mine tastes anything like theirs, but it's delicious and that's all that counts. ;)
